    The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows: 

    “A BILL to amend and reenact §59-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to death certificates of military veterans; providing that the clerk of the county commission shall issue up to five certified copies of a death certificate of an eligible veteran at no charge.”
